Touch for Health is a non-invasive method using muscle feedback and body awareness, that can help you to reduce stress and pain, improve performance at school, work and home, in sports, in relationships and promote health and well-being. Touch for Health simply helps balance the body's energy system thereby stimulating and supporting the body to heal itself.
Touch for Health is a synthesis of knowledge using Chinese acupuncture meridians with modern discoveries, which include acupressure, reflex stimulation, meridian tracing and a variety of mind body techniques to assist the body in regaining balance.

Description of Classes:
Touch For Health will teach you amazing things about the body no matter what skill level you are currently at in your own profession. 15% of the class is academic-learning, the other 85% is kinesthetic learning (hands on). The best learning comes from experience. Cost per class is $350 per level with textbook included. Each Touch for Health level is provided in two 8-hour sessions, over a two day period. Certificate completion per level is 16-hours total. Contact us with any questions.
TFH Level 1:
Level 1 course provides practical skills to manage stress, reduce physical and mental pain, tension and increase overall energy without the use of drugs. Also, included in this course are specific tests, exercises and movements for enhanced learning, improving coordination and finding food sensitivities. You will learn techniques of applied Kinesiology and acupressure massage. The Touch for Health book is required text for this class. (No experience needed)
