Grandmaster Jimmy H. Woo

Tsoi-Li-Ho-Fut-Hung is an ancient form of martial arts from the Southern area of Guangdong, China. Each name of the system is related to a particular family with the foundation of the art coming from the Tsoi, Li and Ho families. "Fut" in meaning translates into Buddha or the understanding of the philosophy and psychological aspect within the fighting art. "Hung" is also a family name, defined as a man who stands tall, a hero, or an "Avenging Hero." Also, called Kung Fu San Soo in the United States, the art includes techniques using striking, leverages, throws and ground techniques. When used correctly the rhythmically circular motions used, within the art, are based on physics and the human anatomy. This allows the art to be used by any person effectively, creating a tidel wave of, devastating combinations, that can instantly change to fit the situation without loss of effectiveness.
